The price of this 7 day Yoga Retreat includes the following:

Accommodation, 2 x 2 hour yoga classes daily & all meals.

Flights, transfers, excursions, insurance and massage are not included.

A typical day:

7.30 – 9.30 Yoga class (Pranayama, energetic yoga & relaxation)
10.00 – 11.00 Big nourishing breakfast
11.30 – 3.30 Own time, beach time & other activities*
4.30 – 6.30 Yoga class (Pranayama, deeper inquisitive yoga & meditation)
7.30 – 8.30 Delicious vegetarian dinner
Evening relaxation
(Some evenings offer the option to join in a meditation class)

Getting there
Holidays run from Monday to Monday, as that is when most charter flights fly from UK airports to Dalaman – a four hour flight from the UK. The airport is about half an hour from Huzur Vadisi. Monday is travel day and therefore courses generally begin on Tuesday.
